Coffee, bakery and food, station by station, built with the neighborhoods we serve.
Our flagship brand runs on a tricycle-based unit serving coffee, ice cream, bagels and pastries in parks and public spaces. Corporate catering is part of Bike Café today: breakfast, lunch and coffee service for offices, meetings and events.
Our next flagship concept: larger community hubs built around food, events and gathering space.
Pavilion Hubs is the next stage of the network and the groundwork for projects still to come. It is not yet open to the public.
A free menu showcase for restaurant partners, built around real weekly activity instead of a static listing.
To stay listed, each partner restaurant runs at least one weekly event or special through the app and posts a short video of it. Customers get a reason to check back, and partners get free visibility.
Merchant and card payment processing inside PavilionApps stays in development until a licensed processing partner is signed. Once it is live, the goal is to pass our negotiated processing rate through to partner restaurants: a real cost saving, not just a feature.
